Hurricane X has been created to help our members achieve their goals. Personal fitness goals are just as important to us as they are to you. Let Hurricane X guide you to success in achieving your goals!
This program is a supplementary program that will coincide with the programmed WOD for the class to help address any weaknesses or areas you would like to work on.
A coach will work one-on-one with you to discuss your goals and provide you a weekly program tailored to you within your schedule and budget.
The program is designed to help assist with:

– strength
– endurance
– injury
