• We offer over 9 class options each week including:
  • 4:45am,5:45am,6:45am,9am,12pm,3pm,4pm,5pm & 6pm
• Our facility is comprised of over 6,000 square feet.
• We have the top of the line equipment, and lots of it!
• Our staff is made up of highly experienced and qualified coaches who hold a variety of certifications that make us the most diverse gym in the area.
• We offer 3 classes with free childcare which include: 9am,5pm&6pm
