We offer dedicated child care, staffed by certified child care professionals, to entertain the kids while mom and dad get fit. It will give you couples who have wanted to train together, the freedom to do so. As for all your friends that have said they’d love to do CrossFit but can’t because of the kids… tell them their time has come!
Hours of Service
9 am, 5 pm and 6 pm classes
Note: We only allow the parents who sign their child in to take their child out of child care for their protection. During regular child care hours, parents must remain on premises. Childcare may not be available on Holidays. Please refrain from bringing in children who are sick. Our facility provides a bright, clean, and safe environment for your child to play and interact with other kids.
