One of the most common things we hear is, “I’m not fit enough to do that,” or, “I haven’t worked out in a long time—I need to get in shape first.”
That’s like saying you need to be religious to go to church.

Do we have some incredibly fit people? Absolutely—and that’s proof of how effective CrossFit’s methodology is. But ask yourself: would you rather join a program where nobody looks fit?

Every day, we run workouts that can be scaled to match your abilities. You might see two people side-by-side doing burpees, squats, and deadlifts—yet with completely different loads or movements. Fitness doesn’t vary by kind, only by degree.
